You can see two Cerithium found in the "Bassin de Paris (France)" . These two species are the biggest that you can find in the EOCENE era.
Top picture: Cerithium auversiense (Bartonien)
Bottom picture: Cerithium giganteum (Lutetien)

This fossil was found at a nearby creek in Cabo Rojo,Puerto Rico. It is a Barrettia Giggas and is about 75 million years old. This rock contains 2 fossils of the Barrettia, one at the top and one at the bottom, and the two are connected to each other. The circumferance of this Barrettia is approx. 10 inches and its Ligament and Muscle is still noticeable. The circular indent at the bottom of the rock is still a mystery to me.
